Terms of Use.

Simple rules for a simple service.

1. The service

QRCode FreeGen is a free static QR code generation service. Codes are generated in the user's browser and are the property and responsibility of whoever generates them; they may be used freely for personal or commercial purposes, with no attribution required.

2. Responsibility for content

The user is solely responsible for the content embedded in the QR codes they generate and for how they use them. Using the service to distribute unlawful, fraudulent or defamatory content, or content that violates third-party rights — including, for example, phishing pages or deceptive PIX charges — is prohibited.

3. Warranties and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability. We recommend always testing the QR code with more than one reader before printing large runs or publishing. We are not liable for losses arising from incorrectly entered data (for example, a mistyped PIX key or URL).

4. Intellectual property

The brand, layout and texts of this site belong to its maintainers. Generated QR codes have no link to or dependency on the site after download.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time; the current version is always the one published on this page.
